A 10-minute walk from the beach, Butterfly Garden Boutique Residences by Luxury View offers a self-catering and furnished accommodation in Pattaya South. Guests can indulge in the salt water pool or relax in a lounger on the sun terrace. Complimentary barbecue facilities are provided. Walking Street Pattaya is 2 km from the property. Free private parking is available on site.

With views of the tropical garden, the accommodation is fitted with a seating, outdoor dining area and a 52-inch flat-screen TV. All units have a kitchen equipped with a microwave, stove top and refrigerator. Extras include a washing machine and oven. There is also a 43-inch smart TV in selected bedrooms. 由澎恰恰、許效舜、苗可麗主持的《超級夜總會》三度搬上小巨蛋，澎恰恰笑說，平時沒有攻蛋機會，今年將賣力「舞動」全場，還特別邀請到日本「心靈歌姬」夏川里美，第一次站上小巨蛋的她，將與「豬肉王子」蔡小虎合唱〈雨夜花〉台語版。

《超級夜總會》三度攻蛋，主持人澎恰恰、許效舜、苗可麗將以精彩的歌舞秀開場，勢必high翻小巨蛋，除此之外，今年邀請「心靈歌姬」夏川里美、蔡小虎、詹雅雯、陳盈潔、沈文程、王彩樺、楊繡惠、楊烈、趙駿亞、韓瑜、李燕、陳珮騏、臧芮軒、亮哲、黃文星、張秀卿、陳隨意、江志豐等多組大咖藝人共同參與演出。

第一次登上小巨蛋舞台的夏川里美，將用台語和蔡小虎合唱〈雨夜花〉，蔡小虎則是唱日語版，才一剛說完，許效舜毛遂自薦表示會唱英文版，沒想到卻被苗可麗虧，「你是本壘板吧（指臉型）！」

澎恰恰也會與夏川里美對唱經典之作〈淚光閃閃〉，他還將詞重新寫成台語版的〈天星的淚珠〉，對夏川里美說，「如果覺得好聽可以把版權買回去。」讓苗可麗聽不下去，「還順便做起生意來了。」再度惹得現場哄堂大笑。





幹細胞研究帶來現代醫學治療的新契機，目前在慢性病重症、遺傳性疾病、自體免疫疾病，以及癌症等領域均有突破性的進展。全球幹細胞治療以俄羅斯為翹楚，在長達27年中累積了3萬多例個案。值得一提的是，2005年俄羅斯幹細胞治療發展出現重大轉折，就是禁止使用胚胎幹細胞，而以成人幹細胞為主。

台灣國際健康新知推廣協會黃鼎殷醫師說明，禁用胚胎幹細胞的原因有三大層面考量。首先，使用人類胚胎幹細胞，牽扯到倫理問題，胚胎幹細胞來源為墮胎寶寶，違反人道精神。其次，臨床研究發現，病人注射胚胎幹細胞後，癌化比率較高，增加致癌風險。第三，胚胎幹細胞屬於原始分化，注射之後，部分患者產生畸胎瘤，也就是不成形的肉瘤，裡面可能包含毛髮、牙齒、肌肉、皮膚等組織，令人心生畏懼。

基於上述三大原由，世界各國除了烏克蘭、中國大陸等國家仍有少部分私人診所私底下幫病人施打胚胎幹細胞外，幾乎很少使用。黃鼎殷醫師分析，胚胎幹細胞雖擁有較高的活性，但副作用也比較高。坊間許多醫師報喜不報憂，在資訊不對稱的情況下，患者恐花大錢又受害。

至於成人幹細胞，雖然其活性沒有胚胎幹細胞好，但在修復細胞組織上，卻具有非常好的功能，且能修復任何一種器官細胞。黃鼎殷醫師曾收治35名成功個案，均前往俄羅斯進行治療，他在推動俄羅斯技術引進來台上不遺餘力，也扮演重要角色。

國人較熟悉的「PRP」療法，是將血漿中的生長因子打入關節，可以治療運動傷害所引發的關節殘疾，是現今廣泛運用的成人幹細胞療法之一。黃鼎殷醫師指出，幹細胞必須在體外培養，無法協同人體免疫機制，在分化培養過程中，可能產生癌細胞，尤其在前5代。不過，隨著細胞培養技術的進步，目前觀察至第60代，均未發現癌細胞。

黃鼎殷醫師表示，成人幹細胞治療在臨床上的實際應用，主要在施打特殊藥物後，讓患者脊髓釋放出幹細胞、間質幹細胞，每年可以採集一次，約可分裝成40支針，局部注射，常用於抗衰老及眼疾相關治療。
